Download Simpleserver HERE, unzip and run the .exe file

Subscribe for the MTN BIS (BBCDAY preferable) on your sim and place it in a modem

On the modem, set the access point (APN) as web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

Set your browser (Mozilla, IE, Chrome e.t.c) HTTP proxy as 127.0.0.1 and 8080 as port

Use the server for all protocols and select "Remote DNS"  

Make sure the simple server runs before you connect the modem
