Fatal Accident on Oshodi Bridge. 1 woman dead, others injured

On my way to Lagos Island this morning, I saw an accident on Oshodi bridge.
A bus conveying some women to a party had brake failure and tumbled, almost falling off the bridge.

Men of Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA were at the scene in 10 minutes.
No pictures as the scene is quite gory.
