AIRTEL BIS PC TRICK

Airtel ng like every other service provider in Nigeria has a cheap and quite fast blackberry internet service. I'll say airtel has the most flexible network ever. Flexible? Yes, it is. 

You can connect your blackberry phone to your PC and browse with it using any airtel ng BIS subscription.

it Is very simple, the social month service is the cheapest and it works on all devices.

The steps:

1. send BCM to 440 for #1,400 or BSM to 440 for #1,200. This gives you a 1GB data bundle.

2. connect your blackberry phone to your laptop or desktop computer via a USB cord

3. launch your already installed blackberry desktop software. DOWNLOAD HERE if you do not have it.

4. wait till your phone has been completely recognized by the software

5. now go to Tools>>>Mobile Internet settings>>>Add

6. insert the following information

• Profile name---Airtel NG or your choice profile name
•  Username and Password---leave empty
• Access Point---internet.ng.airtel.com

7. click on save and  ok….that’s all for the first half.

8.  now click on ‘mobile internet’ at the base of the software interface…

9. once you see connected, your total data usage begins to count.
This infers that you are connected to the internet and can surf at high speed.

Remember! Your data bundle is limited (1GB).
